3rd Falsterbo Hickory Open, August 5th 2012
The Socitey of Falsterbo Hickory Golfers and Falsterbo Golf Club are happy to accept entries to The Championship.
The Players compete for a Scratch Gold Medal as well as a Net Silver Medal (amateurs only) over 18 holes.
The event is held only a week after the Swedish Hickory Championship at nearby Kungsmarken and only 3 days after The Ludvig Nobel Championship at Båstad offering international visitors a convenient opportunity to visit choice golf courses with different characteristics in Scandinavia. Travel arrangements thru Copenhagen International Airport allow both Tylösand and Barsebäck (Solheim Cup and Scandinavian Masters) to be easily included to those who wish to play modern golf.
The Links at Falsterbo was home of The 2009 Hickory Grail, coinciding with Falsterbo Golf Club's Centeniary Celebration.
Apart from being listed as one of the 246 True Links by the World Links Association, Falsterbo is a Members Club offering a warm and hospitable welcome to visitors.
